For guests who wish to use laundry service, there Is a washing-machine in the basement that works with coins.

The attic of the residence, reachable directly by lift, offers a large area with sun-beds and deck-chairs, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.



BAR AND RECEPTION

In the residence’s hall there Is a day reception service so that guests have a point of reference on every aspect of their stay. Also the ground floor has a bar and a spacious lounge where you can relax and socialise.

T.V. LOUNGE AND SATELLITE

As well as the TV. in the rooms with 3 SAT channels, the guests of the R.M. can also use the small TV. lounge provided with SAI T.V, with Italian and foreign channels.
